Return & Refund Policy — MC INTERNATIONAL S.P.A CO., LTD

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all bulk agricultural commodity orders placed with MC INTERNATIONAL S.P.A CO., LTD, including rice, refined sugar, urea fertilizer, edible oils, coconut products, and tapioca starch. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund minus bank transfer fees. Cancellation after production begins may incur charges based on work completed. Custom / private label orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.

Quality Guarantee & Replacement

Every batch is SGS inspected with Certificates of Analysis. If goods do not conform to agreed specifications, we will replace or refund the affected quantity. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of Bill of Lading date with independent lab results. Damage from improper post-delivery storage or handling is excluded.

Short Shipment & Weight Claims

Claims must be supported by signed weighbridge or port authority documents. We will refund the proportional value or dispatch the balance in the next available shipment.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method (wire transfer / LC) within 15-30 business days. Bank fees are borne by the buyer unless the refund is due to our error.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, port closures, pandemics, or shipping disruptions. Orders may be postponed or cancelled by mutual agreement without penalty.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are settled under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Lampang, Thailand, or via arbitration under the Thai Arbitration Institute.
