What is AdBlue DEF?

AdBlue/DEF is AUS 32 — 32.5% automotive-grade urea dissolved in deionised water. Used in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems to reduce diesel NOx emissions by 90%. ISO 22241 key parameters: urea 31.8-33.2%, biuret ≤0.3%, aldehydes ≤5 mg/kg, metals ≤0.5 mg/kg each.

Packaging Options

5L/10L retail bottles, 200L HDPE drums, 1,000L IBC totes, bulk ISO tank (20,000-30,000L). AdBlue must NEVER contact metals — use only HDPE packaging. Store below 30°C; freezes at -11°C.
